The PROTEINS in the SR9011 family lack a ligand binding domain at the C-terminal, but can inhibit the expression of Rev-ERB protein by recruiting nuclear receptor inhibitors and histone deacetylase 3. Histone deacetylase 3, a Rev-ERB agonist, is a small molecule chemical probe. Fon-taine et al. first reported a correlation between SR9011 and inflammation in the Chemicalbook. SR9011 inhibited the expression of Tr4, thereby controlling inflammatory signals. Foreign scholars have found that in human macrophages, pharmacological methods to increase the mRNA expression of SR9011 directly lead to a decrease in the mRNA expression of the pro-inflammatory factor interleukin 6.
