Use
As a selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase (PDE) V, it can enhance the physiological response of penile erection caused by the release of NO under sexual stimulation. Mainly used for penile erectile dysfunction.

Dosage
1. For most patients, the recommended dose is 50 mg, taken as needed about 1 hour before sexual activity, and sexual stimulation is required after taking the drug. However, it can be taken at any time within 0.5 to 4 hours before sexual activity. Based on drug efficacy and tolerance, the daily dose can be adjusted between 25 and 100 mg, and the dose should not be more than once a day. (1) Dosage for renal insufficiency The recommended starting dose for patients with severe renal insufficiency (when the creatinine clearance rate is less than or equal to 30ml/min, the AUC and cmax are almost doubled) is 25mg.
